In our service today from Psalm 84 we were considering our worship both individually and corporately and seeking to hear God’s encouragement to ‘not stop meeting together’. The short video below continues to help us consider this theme.
Our worship is all about putting Jesus first in our lives. That is what we learnt with our boys and girls from the story of Mary and Martha. If you missed the story (no matter what age you are!) you can catch up below.
As we are encouraged not to stop meeting together in Hebrews the reason given is that we are to ‘encourage’ each other. The New Testament is full of ‘one another’ commands that I think help to flesh out how we might encourage each other in these days. Click the IMAGE below for an image of these ‘one another’ commands.

Thank you to those who have already given to Christian Aid either through envelopes in church or online. There is still the opportunity to do this if you wish.

We continue to be thankful for the generosity of those in our church family who continue to support the ministry and mission of our congregations. Over these last months we have been encouraging people to consider setting up a financial standing order to either of our congregations. Information about this can be found on our announcements page. www.islandmageepc.org/announcements
We of course understand that your financial situation may have changed and would like to support you if we can. Don’t hesitate to get in touch with Peter. (07795694499)
