Thank you for visiting our Service Extras for Sunday 9th October.
Do scroll down for information and announcements related to our church family. Don’t forget to make your way to the bottom for some songs that I hope might encourage you today …
Last Sunday we continued our series of ‘Love Your Church’ and were considering the importance of ‘Gathering’ in the life of our church family. As we gather we are given the privilege and opportunity to encourage each other. If you were not able to join us you would be very welcome to click below and join us online.

LOVE YOUR CHURCH// On Sunday we continued our "love your church" series, and were delighted to introduce our Church Family Prayer Tree. We hope our prayer tree will encourage us all each week to lovingly pray for one another in our church family.
Each family/household added a leaf to the tree which symbolises our church family. At the end of the service each family/household took home a different leaf from the tree and committed to praying this week for the person(s) listed on it. We invite you to bring your leaf back next week so we can repeat the process (and we have plenty more leaves for more names to be added to the tree this week).
God loves it when we care for, support and pray for one another. If you aren't sure how to pray for the name listed on your leaf, then you can use the prayer in the graphic. #loveyourchurch
On Tuesday evening we were joined by Sharon Heron deaconess at the International Meeting Point in Belfast.
We were delighted to be joined by friends from Whitehead, Ballycarry, and Magheramorne.
It was a great evening and so encouraging to hear of how God is at work through this ministry. To get a little taste of it please click here.
We are pleased that work at Lunnon Church to clear and clean the building as agreed by the committee will begin shortly.
As you pass in the coming days you may see some equipment delivered this week with further equipment and work beginning next Tuesday. This work will be taking place for several months.
This will have an impact primarily on the car park to the side of the church building. During the day, parking will not be possible in this car park and parking in the evenings will also be reduced.
Thank you for your patience and understanding in the coming weeks.
