On Sunday we were thinking about 2025 and what voices we might listen to in the year ahead. We are blessed to have the bible to read or listen to.
As we look to the new year Presbyterian Women have kindly produced a gentle reading plan for January, following the book of Luke found in the New Testament.
Maybe hearing the story of Christmas has got you thinking and you'd like to know a bit more. Or maybe you just need a little motivation to get back into the bible and grow closer to God day by day, in the year ahead.
Why not pick up your bible and get started?
Thousands of years ago, David said, ““Your eyes saw my unformed substance; in your book were written, every one of them, the days that were formed for me, when as yet there was none of them.” (Psalm 139:16)
As we begin a New Year be assured of this … God knows every one of our days and holds them in his hand before we even live them.
It is to him that we trust for all that this New Year holds. Praying that you know God’s peace and presence with you each step.
